Your year

Ready for the season

A broken spring or a door stuck open is an emergency call in any season; installs run steady from spring to fall.

From the call to paid on the driveway

  1. The call. Website requests, calls and the office land in one place; customers can book tune-ups and installs online (Van plan), and with the AI receptionist add-on an after-hours stuck-door caller is passed to a person.
  2. Dispatch. Book it onto the calendar on any plan; on Crew, see who can take it and what it moves before you insert it.
  3. Inspect and quote. The safety inspection on the phone, then a quote with optional lines the customer signs on the spot.
  4. Repair. Springs and cables from the stock on that van, recorded on the job (Crew plan).
  5. Paid. Tap to pay on the phone (Crew), a pay link on the invoice (Van), or cash recorded on any plan.

FAQ

Garage doors questions

Can garage door techs take payment on site?

Yes. On the Crew plan technicians take card payments with tap to pay on the phone or a Stripe card reader.

Can crewduo track parts on each truck?

Yes. Inventory on the Crew plan keeps stock per vehicle and records the parts used on each job.

Can we handle commercial overhead doors too?

Yes. Commercial clients can have several properties, recurring service contracts and their own invoicing.

Can customers book online?

Yes, from the Van plan. Customers pick a service such as a tune-up or an opener installation and a free time on your website, or send a request you confirm.

How are emergency stuck-door calls dispatched?

On any plan the office books the call straight onto the calendar. On the Crew plan, dispatch shows who can take it and what it would move, then inserts it into the day.

Can I quote a repair with options the customer chooses?

Yes, on every plan. Add optional lines (a new opener, the second spring) that the customer ticks before signing online or on the tech's phone.

Can we take a deposit on a door install?

Yes, from the Van plan. Ask for a deposit when the quote is accepted and split the rest into a payment schedule paid online.

Can the tech log a safety inspection and recommend a new opener?

Yes. The ready-made garage door safety inspection covers springs, cables, rollers, tracks and the auto-reverse, photo-eye, manual release and balance tests, with photos and the customer's signature. Recommendations (from the Van plan) turn the opener near the end of its life into a quote.
